I provide consulting and workshops for companies, schools, healthcare clinics, and other organizations. Services focus on stress-management and burnout (e.g., mindfulness, sleep, and other self-care practices), as well as motivational enhancement/behavior change and public messaging.

Examples of consultation questions:

  • My employees are reporting high levels of stress and burnout. Can you offer a workshop on stress-management techniques that they can use at work/at home?
